Je souhaiterais par conséquent commencer mon allocution en remerciant brièvement toutes les personnes concernées pour leur bonne coopération, et tout particulièrement les rapporteurs fictifs MM. Purvis et Muscat, la présidente de la commission Mme Berès ainsi que tous les députés qui ont contribué à rendre possible l’adoption par chacun d’entre nous, indépendamment de notre appartenance politique, de la directive en un vote groupé lors du vote de demain.
It is for that reason that I should like, at the beginning of my speech, to briefly thank all those concerned for their good cooperation, especially the shadow rapporteurs Mr Purvis and Mr Muscat, the chairman of the Committee Mrs Berès, and all those Members who have helped to make it a matter of probability that the directive will, tomorrow, be adopted by all of us, from whatever political grouping, in a block vote.
