Il convient que les procédures de passation de marchés à publier au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne soient conformes aux informations relatives aux avis figurant dans la directive 2014/24/UE et que ces avis soient transmis par voie électronique.
It is appropriate for procurement procedures to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union to follow the information for notices provided in Directive 2014/24/EU and for those notices to be transmitted by electronic means.

Comme les années précédentes, le CFIP est publié sur la base du statut actuel des pays concernés et ne préjuge donc pas, à ce stade, des décisions du Conseil relatives aux avis présentés dans le cadre du «paquet Élargissement» ni d’une date d’adhésion probable des pays candidats.
As in previous years, the MIFF is published based on the current status of the countries concerned and thus does not at this stage pre-empt any decision by the Council on the Opinions presented with the enlargement package or a likely date of accession for any candidate country.
