Nous arrivons aujourd’hui au point d’aboutissement d’une première étape cruciale et, tout en espérant un résultat positif de votre vote tout à l’heure, je voudrais remercier tout particulièrement la présidente de la commission ECON, Mme Bowles, les différents rapporteurs du Parlement, Mme Goulard, MM. García-Margallo, Skinner, Giegold, Sánchez Presedo et leurs rapporteurs fictifs, ainsi que les commissaires Rehn et Michel Barnier, présent dans cette Assemblée, et bien sûr aussi tous leurs collaborateurs.
