J'ai dit que je regrettais, à titre personnel, ce vote, que je comprenais les raisons pratiques qui y avaient conduit et que je verrais ensuite avec la Conférence des présidents les meilleures suites, dans l'intérêt de notre Assemblée, à donner à ce vote.
I said that, personally, I regretted that vote, I understood the practical reasons which led to it and, with the Conference of Presidents, I would consider the best way of dealing with that vote, in the interests of this House.
