Une déclaration commune sur la gestion des postes pertinents a été établie; accepter les projets pilotes relatifs à l'amélioration de la qualité ainsi qu'au modèle de financement intégrant les risques liés aux épizooties affectant le bétail, proposés par la Commission dans sa lettre rectificative n°3/2005; accepter la mobilisation d'un montant de 45 millions d'euros prélevé sur l'instrument de flexibilité au titre de la sous-rubrique 2a) des perspectives financières en faveur du programme PEACE II, de 40 millions d'euros au titre de la rubrique 3 en faveur des agences décentralisées et de 100 millions d'euros au titre de la rubrique 4 en faveur de l'Iraq; fixer le montant du budget PESC à 62,6 millions d'euros pour 2005; accepter l'avant-projet de budget rectificatif nº11/2004, avec un montant total de 3,7 milliards d'euros pour les crédits de paiement destinés aux fonds structurels et une demande de ressources propres supplémentaires d'un montant de 500 millions d'euros; limiter le montant total des crédits de paiement fixé en décembre, à la fin de la procédure budgétaire pour 2005, à 106,3 milliards d'euros; établir une déclaration commune relative à l'établissement d'un budget rectificatif en 2005 concernant les réductions de crédits pour les dépenses administratives des institutions résultant de l'adaptation annuelle des rémunérations et des pensions; établir une déclaration commune relative aux crédits de paiement relevant de la rubrique 2.
