Pour faciliter l'exercice du droit à un recours effectif, l'administration de l'Union devrait faire figurer dans ses actes administratifs les voies de recours mises à la disposition des parties dont les droits et intérêts sont affectés par les actes en question.
In order to facilitate the exercise of the right to an effective remedy, the Union’s administration should indicate in its administrative acts the remedies that are available to the parties whose rights and interests are affected by those acts.
