Il me semble que si nous voulons traiter cette recommandation comme il se doit, recommandation qui a été expliquée bien clairement, nous devrions maintenant entendre les raisons pour lesquelles le gouvernement ne l'a pas acceptée et donner par conséquent aux témoins l'occasion d'expliquer pourquoi ils jugent non appropriée la réponse du gouvernement.
