Alfredo José De Sousa et le Dr. Harald Noack, Membres du Comité de surveillance de l'OLAF, ont écrit une lettre ouverte à M. Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, Président de la Convention sur l'avenir de l'Europe, dans laquelle ils expriment ensemble leur vision personnelle, basée sur les activités d'enquête de l'Office, sur la future protection des intérêts financiers de la Communauté européenne.
The Director General of the European Anti-fraud Office (OLAF) Mr. Franz-Hermann Brüner together with Mr. Raymond Kendall, President of the OLAF Supervisory Committee, Professor Mireille Delmas-Marty, Mr. Edmondo Bruti Liberati, Mr. Alfredo José De Sousa and Dr. Harald Noack, Members of the OLAF Supervisory Committee have written an open letter to Mr Valery Giscard d'Estaing, President of the Convention for the Future of Europe setting out their joint personal vision based on the investigative work of the Office for the future protection of the financial interests of the European Community.
