4. se félicite que les anciens pays de cohésion, à savoir la Grèce, l'Espagne, le Portugal et l'Irlande, aient connu un effet de rattrapage considérable, puisqu'ils ont en effet enregistré un taux de croissance impressionnant sur la période 2000-2006, mais rappelle que, malgré cette croissance, d'importants déséquilibres interrégionaux et des problèmes structurels profonds demeurent sans solution;
