se félicite que le Japon ait ratifié le statut de Rome en juillet 2007, portant ainsi le nombre total d'États parties à 105 en décembre 2007; prie instamment la République tchèque, dernier État membre de l'Union à ne pas avoir ratifié le statut de Rome, à le faire sans retard; demande à nouveau à tous les pays qui n'ont pas encore ratifié le statut de Rome, de le faire dans les meilleurs délais (20); invite la Roumanie à rompre l'accord bilatéral d'immunité qu'elle a conclu avec les États-Unis;
Welcomes the fact that Japan ratified the Rome Statute in July 2007, thereby bringing the total number of States Parties to 105 in December 2007; urges the Czech Republic, as the only remaining European Union Member State not to have ratified the Rome Statute, to do so without delay; calls once again on all countries that have not yet ratified the Rome Statute to do so without delay (20); calls on Romania to rescind its Bilateral Immunity Agreement with the United States;
