MOTIONS D'AMENDEMENT La Chambre reprend l'étude du projet de loi C-86, Loi modifiant la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du lait, dont le comité a fait rapport avec des propositions d'amendement. M. Leon E. Benoit (Végréville, Réf) propose: Motion no 1 Qu'on modifie le projet de loi C-86, par adjonction, après la ligne 32, page 2, du nouvel article suivant: «2.1 La même loi est modifiée par adjonction, après le paragraphe 9(1), de ce qui suit: «(1.1) La Commission ne peut exercer les pouvoirs mentionnés aux alinéas (1)f) à i) que si elle a l'accord: a) soit de la province où le pouvoir doit être exercé; b) soit de l'office qui a compétence sur le lait ou la crème, dans la province où le pouvoir doit être exercé».

Benoit (Vegreville, Ref) moved: Motion No. 1 That Bill C-86 be amended by adding after line 43, on page 2, the following new Clause: ``2.1 the Act is amended by adding, after subsection 9(1), the following: ``(1.1) the Commission may exercise the powers described in paragraphs (1)(f) to (i) only with the agreement of (a) the province where the power is to be exercised, or (b) the Board that has jurisdiction over milk or cream in the province where the power is to be exercised'.
