C. considérant que Rafig Tagi aurait reçu des menaces de mort pendant les semaines précédant l'agression, sans doute en représailles d'un article, entre autres, publié sur le site internet de Radio Azadlyq (Liberté) le 10 novembre 2011, dans lequel il critiquait l'actuel gouvernement iranien;
C. whereas Rafig Tagi had reportedly been receiving death threats in the weeks prior to the attack, believed to be in retaliation for an article, amongst others, published on the Radio Azadlyq (Liberty) website on 10 November 2011, in which he criticised the current Iranian Government;
