Il y a donc lieu d'exclure du champ d'application du présent règlement les aides octroyées à un bénéficiaire faisant l'objet d'une injonction de récupération non exécutée, émise dans une décision antérieure de la Commission déclarant une aide illégale et incompatible avec le marché intérieur, à l'exception des régimes d'aides destinés à remédier aux dommages causés par certaines calamités naturelles.
Therefore, aid in favour of a beneficiary which is subject to an outstanding recovery order following a previous Commission decision declaring an aid illegal and incompatible with the internal market should be excluded from the scope of this Regulation, with the exception of aid schemes to make good the damage caused by certain natural disasters.
