The pre-established forms provided to the beneficiary shall specify the maximum eligible area per reference parcel in accordance with points (a) and (b) of Article 5(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 640/2014 and the area determined in the previous year per agricultural parcel for the purposes of the basic payment scheme, the single area payment scheme and/or area-related rural development measure.

2. Aux fins de l’identification des droits au paiement visés au paragraphe 1, point c), les formulaires préétablis fournis aux bénéficiaires conformément à l’article 72, paragraphe 3, du règlement (UE) no 1306/2013 mentionnent l’identification des droits au paiement conformément au système d’identification et d’enregistrement prévu à l’article 7 du règlement délégué (UE) no 640/2014.
