Dans cette décision, la cour constitutionnelle autrichienne a déclaré qu’elle considérerait dorénavant les droits fondamentaux inscrits dans la Charte comme faisant partie intégrante de l'ordre constitutionnel autrichien, comme cela était déjà le cas de la Convention européenne des droits de l'homme.
In this judgement, the Austrian Constitutional Court declared that as of now it will consider the fundamental rights of the Charter to be an integral part of the Austrian constitutional order, as is already the case with the European Convention of Human Rights.
