1. The Commission shall instruct the central administrator, in a timely manner, to transfer on request of the relevant auctioneer, appointed in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1031/2010, general allowances from the EU Auction Account, and/or aviation allowances from the EU Aviation Auction Account to the relevant auction delivery account in accordance with the auction tables.
