La Présidence a souligné la très grande importance qu'elle attache à la solution de ce problème avant le Conseil européen de Cannes et qu'elle estimait indispensable que la Communauté à Quinze puisse maintenir en termes réels l'effort réalisé à Douze pour le 7ème FED.
The Presidency stressed the very great importance it attached to solving this problem before the Cannes European Council; it was essential for the Community of Fifteen to maintain in real terms the contribution made by the Twelve to the 7th EDF.
