Le Parlement devrait indiquer à la Commission - et au Conseil - qu’au-delà de la méthode purement quantitative de renforcement de la stratégie de Lisbonne, il y a également la question de la participation de l’Europe à la qualité des paramètres économiques mondiaux, parce que les données quantitatives nous permettent seulement d’examiner la croissance économique au niveau statistique, sans coefficients positifs ou négatifs.
Parliament should point out to the Commission – and to the Council – that, over and above the purely quantitative method for strengthening the Lisbon strategy, there is also the question of European participation in the quality of global economic parameters, because quantitative data only allow us to look at economic growth statically, without any positive or negative coefficients.
