In a way, this is extending paragraph 6(1)(a) status to a group, but in what way would that affect people who are registered in different categories, if at all?

On ne voit pas bien quel statut aura cet échantillonnage final au cas où une différence se manifesterait entre l'échantillon concerné et la certification finale, antérieure à la fourniture.
