Rappelle que l'entreprise commune a été constituée en février 2007; se félicite qu'en 2012, le service d'audit interne de la Commission et la fonction d'audit interne de l'entreprise commune ont commencé à mettre en œuvre le plan d'audit stratégique coordonné du service d'audit interne, relatif à l'entreprise commune pour la période 2012-2014; constate que le service d'audit interne a réalisé un audit du programme/projet et une évaluation des risques informatiques, tandis que la structure d'audit interne de l'entreprise commune SESAR a examiné trois appels d'offres et contrôlé la mise en œuvre de quatre normes de contrôle interne; attend du service d'audit interne qu'il suive les dépenses budgétaires de près, à savoir l'évaluation des contributions en nature et des versements effectués aux quinze membres de l'entreprise commune travaillant sur les activités du programme, auxquelles sont associés plus d'une centaine d'entités et de sous-traitants privés et publics;

Recalls that the Joint Undertaking was set up in February 2007; welcomes the fact that in 2012, the Commission’s Internal Audit Service and the Joint Undertaking’s internal auditing function started to implement the Coordinated Internal Audit Service (IAS) Strategic Audit Plan for the Joint Undertaking for the period 2012-2014; notes that the IAS carried out a programme/project audit and an IT risk assessment while the SESAR IAC examined three calls for tenders and audited the implementation of four internal control standards; expects that the IAS follows the budget expenditure closely, namely the assessment of in-kind contributions and the payments made to the Joint Undertaking’s 15 members on programme activities involving more than 100 private and public entities and subcontractors;
