Le GAFI [46] a adopté en octobre 2001 huit recommandations spéciales sur la lutte contre le financement du terrorisme, en plus des quarante recommandations générales existantes concernant le blanchiment de capitaux.
The FATF [46] adopted 8 Special Recommendations on combating terrorism financing in October 2001, in addition to the existing 40 general Recommendations on money laundering.

12. reconnaît que l'Autorité a adressé à l'autorité de décharge un rapport de son directeur exécutif résumant le contenu de la recommandation de l'IAS en application de l'article 72, paragraphe 5, du règlement financier-cadre; s'inquiète néanmoins du fait que sur quarante-huit recommandations, une est considérée comme «critique» (sur la gestion des subventions), vingt-sept sont jugées «très importantes» et vingt «importantes», mais que l'autorité de décharge n'a pas été informée quant au contenu de ces recommandations; demande instamment au directeur exécutif de l'Autorité de fournir ces informations;

Acknowledges that the Authority has sent to the authority responsible for discharge a report drawn up by its Executive Director summarising the content of the IAS recommendation as provided for in Article 72(5) of the framework Financial Regulation; nevertheless is concerned, in particular, that out of the 48 recommendations, one is considered ‘critical’ (on grant management), 27 ‘very important’ and 20 ‘important’ but no information has been given to the discharge authority on the content of these recommendations; urges, accordingly, the Executive Director of the Authority to provide this information;

It is therefore appropriate to extend the time limit laid down in Directive 92/65/EEC to 48 hours, as recommended by the World Organisation for Animal Health.

26. demande que dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre effective de la résolution 1373 du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies, y compris la Convention internationale pour la répression du financement du terrorisme en date du 9 décembre 1999, l'UE promeuve l'application des huit recommandations spéciales sur le financement du terrorisme du 31 octobre 2001 du Groupe d'action financière sur le blanchiment de capitaux (GAFI), de même que les quarante recommandations du GAFI en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent du 20 juin 2003;
26. Requests that, as part of the efforts to implement effectively UN Security Council Resolution 1373, including the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism of 9 December 1999, the European Union should promote the application of the eight special recommendations on the financing of terrorism of 31 October 2001 by the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF), as well as the 40 FATF recommendations on combating money laundering of 20 June 2003;

23. demande que dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre effective de la résolution 1373 du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies, y compris la Convention internationale pour la répression du financement du terrorisme en date du 9 décembre 1999, l'UE promeuve l'application des huit recommandations spéciales sur le financement du terrorisme du 31 octobre 2001 du GAFI, de même que les quarante recommandations du GAFI en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent du 20 juin 2003;
23.
