La directive sur les services énergétiques obligerait les États membres à réduire de 1 % par an la quantité d'énergie distribuée aux consommateurs finals.
The Energy Services Directive would require Member States to reduce the amount of energy distributed to final customers by 1% a year.

The costs of the measures adopted to achieve these targets should not exceed their benefits.
