La Commission juge possible que l’interdiction de lancer de nouvelles chaînes cesse avant la fin de la période de restructuration (le 31 décembre 2012), à savoir quand le paiement par l’utilisateur entrera en vigueur (après modification de l’autorisation de TV2) et quand TV2 sera en mesure de le percevoir.
The Commission considers it feasible, however, that the obligation not to launch new channels may end at an earlier date than the end of the period of the restructuring plan (31 December 2012), namely when the end-user charges have been introduced (via the change in the licence) and TV2 will be able to levy them.
