148. Les tribunaux, juges, juges de paix, commissaires et personnes agissant en qualité judiciaire prennent connaissance d’office du sceau, timbre ou seing, selon le cas, de tout pareil tribunal, de tout liquidateur, juge, notaire public, commissaire, juge de paix, premier dignitaire municipal, consul, vice-consul ou autre personne, attaché ou apposé à l’affidavit, à l’affirmation ou à la déclaration mentionnés à l’article 147, ou à tout autre document destiné à être utilisé pour l’application de la présente loi.
148. All courts, judges, justices, commissioners and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the seal, stamp or signature, as the case may be, of any court, liquidator, judge, notary public, commissioner, justice, chief municipal officer, consul, vice-consul or other person referred to in section 147, attached, appended or subscribed to any affidavit, solemn affirmation or declaration referred to in that section or to any other document to be used for the purposes of this Act.
