En effet, dès lors que l’insertion de la clause ne permet pas de qualifier ledit contrat de contrat à durée indéterminée, quels que soient les termes du contrat, une telle modification doit s’analyser en un premier renouvellement pour une durée déterminée d’un contrat d’agent temporaire à durée déterminée au sens de l’article 2, sous a), dudit régime.
