2. Les États membres peuvent prévoir la possibilité d’adapter les engagements au titre des articles 28, 29, 33 et 34 du règlement (UE) no 1305/2013 au cours de la période de leur exécution, à condition que le programme de développement rural approuvé prévoie une telle possibilité et que l’adaptation soit dûment justifiée, compte tenu des objectifs de l’engagement initial.
