Comme il ne peut être exclu que la mesure de remboursement des péages notifiée puisse constituer une aide d'État, la Commission doit évaluer si la mesure envisagée qui lui a été notifiée est compatible avec le marché commun et pleinement conforme au droit communautaire en la matière.
As it cannot be excluded that the notified toll reinbursement measure constitutes State aid, the Commission has to assess if the notified intended measure is compatible with the common market and fully in line with the relevant EC legislation.
