125 (1) Lorsqu’une découverte importante a été déclarée sur une terre à l’égard de laquelle un contrat d’exploration a été conclu ou un permis avec clause spéciale de renouvellement accordé, le ministre peut, en tout temps par la suite, ordonner de commencer le forage d’un puits concernant ladite découverte, sous réserve des spécifications comprises dans l’ordonnance, dans l’année suivant la délivrance de l’ordonnance ou pendant la période visée dans l’ordonnance que le ministre peut juger convenable dans les circonstances.
125 (1) Where a significant discovery has been declared on land in respect of which an exploration agreement has been entered into or a special renewal permit has been granted, the Minister may, at any time thereafter, order the drilling thereon of a well in relation to that significant discovery, subject to such specifications as may be included in the order, to commence within one year after the making of the order or such longer period specified in the order as the Minister considers appropriate in the circumstances.
