Concernant la relation verticale, la Commission a considéré que l'opération envisagée ne modifierait pas de manière significative la structure des marchés en cause puisque Danish Crown fournit déjà à Daka la plus grande partie de sa production de sous-produits animaux et que SARIA ne s'occupe pas d'abattage des animaux et ne possède aucune usine d'équarrissage au Danemark.
Regarding the vertical relationship, the Commission found that the proposed transaction would not significantly change the structure of the markets concerned. This is because Danish Crown already supplies most of its output of animal by-products to Daka and SARIA is not active in the slaughtering of animals and has no rendering plants for animal by-products in Denmark.
