La Commission a décidé d'approuver la décision de trois organismes publiques espagnoles: la "Diputacion general de Aragon", le "Instituto de la pequena y mediana industria" et la "Sociedad de desarrollo industrial de Aragon" de participer, avec un total de 108 million de Ptas (850,000 ECU) , à la constitution de la société commerciale Aragon Bolsos y Calzados S.A. La participation publique couvrira environ le 2/3 du capital de risque de la nouvelle société; le tiers restant étant fourni par 36 petits producteurs locaux de cuir et chaussures.
The Commission has decided to approve a decision by three Spanish public agencies, the "Diputación general de Aragón", the "Instituto de la pequeña y mediana industria" and the "Sociedad de desarrollo industrial de Aragón", to take a PTA 108 million (ECU 850 000) stake in the setting-up of a commercial company, Aragón Bolsos y Calzados S.A. The public holding will make up some two thirds of the new company's equity capital, with the remaining third being provided by 36 small local producers of leather and footwear.
