Action 10 : La Commission publiera et diffusera d’ici la fin 2006 un manuel sur la manière dont les marchés publics après et avant commercialisation peuvent stimuler l' innovation afin d'aider les États membres à bénéficier des opportunités offertes par les nouvelles directives en matière de marché public.
Action 10 : The Commission will publish and distribute a Handbook on how pre-commercial and commercial procurement can stimulate innovation by end 2006 to support Member States in availing themselves of the opportunities offered by the new procurement Directives.
