g) dans le cas où l’autorité décisionnelle donne, au titre de l’article 14, la possibilité au public de participer à l’examen préalable ou dans le cas où le conseil de la première nation décide, au titre des alinéas 22a) ou b), qu’une étude approfondie doit être effectuée, un énoncé des éléments à prendre en compte dans le cadre de l’évaluation environnementale et de leur portée ou une indication de la façon d’obtenir copie de cet énoncé;
(g) when the decision-making authority, in accordance with section 14, gives the public an opportunity to participate in the screening of a project or when the council of the first nation, under paragraph 22(a) or (b), decides that a comprehensive study is to be conducted, the description of the factors to be considered in the environmental assessment and their scope, or an indication of how a copy of the description may be obtained;
