Il me semble qu'il s'agit d'un rôle pour les parlementaires et pour l'exécutif notamment — et je vise le ministre de la Justice en particulier — qui doivent, lorsque le public réagit négativement à une décision, avoir le courage d'intervenir, avec le ministre de la Justice, pour préciser le rôle du juge et dire pourquoi sa décision est opportune.
It seems to me that there is a role for parliamentarians and a role in particular for the executive — and I look to the Minister of Justice specifically — to ensure that when the public reacts negatively to a decision there be parliamentarians who have the courage to intervene, along with the Minister of Justice, to indicate what the role of the judge was and why it was appropriate.
