3. 102 S’agissant de la violation du principe d’égalité en ce qui concerne la publication des noms des députés ayant un litige avec le Parlement et de la violation des dispositions sur la protection des données à caractère personnel (voir point 69 ci-dessus), il suffit de relever que le requérant n’indique pas d’actions particulières du Parlement qui seraient constitutives d’une telle violation, ni les données qui auraient été transmises, ni le rapport qui existerait entre une telle transmission et la décision attaquée.
102. With regard to the infringement of the principle of equality concerning the publication of the names of Members in dispute with the Parliament and the infringement of the provisions on the protection of personal data (see paragraph 69 above), it is sufficient to note that the applicant does not indicate specific actions by the Parliament that would constitute such an infringement nor the data that were allegedly disclosed nor the alleged connection between such disclosure and the contested decision.

(7) Dans son avis sur la rationalisation, le Comité de la protection sociale a résolument confirmé qu'il fallait renforcer la dimension sociale de la stratégie de Lisbonne et a souligné la nécessité de continuer à assurer la visibilité auprès du public des différents volets des travaux relatifs aux politiques en matière de protection sociale réalisés jusqu'à présent, y compris en ce qui concerne les pensions; le Comité de la protection sociale a également invité la Commission à indiquer comment les possibilités d'apprentissage mutuel qu'offre la méthode ouverte de coordination pourraient être exploitées davantage dans le domaine des pensions.
(7) The Opinion of the Social Protection Committee on streamlining strongly endorsed the objective of strengthening the social dimension of the Lisbon Strategy and stressed the need for continued public visibility of the different elements of the work developed to date on social protection policies, including on pensions; the Social Protection Committee has also invited the Commission to indicate how the mutual learning aspect of the open method of coordination can be reinforced in the area of pensions.
