L’exploitation de la centrale d’épuration des eaux usées de Psyttalée produit d’importantes quantités de boues d’épuration, qui étaient évacuées dans la décharge d’Ano Liosia, située sur le continent, en infraction avec les directives 2006/12/CE et 91/271 .
