Reconnaissant que, comme toujours dans toute science, il y a le bon et il y a le mauvais, nous devons clairement construire un cadre réglementaire et éthique qui permettra que la recherche continue mais qui préviendra les aspects négatifs de cette recherche et qui nous protégera contre ces derniers.
Recognizing that as always in any science there is the good and there is the potential for harm, we must clearly build an ethical and regulatory framework that would allow the research to go on but that would protect and prevent the harm that could come out of this research.
