PACTE DE STABILITE La Présidence - se félicitant de l'adoption du Pacte de Stabilité lors de la Conférence finale des 20 et 21 mars 1995 à Paris - a remercié les Etats membres et la Commission pour leur contribution qui a permis de mener à bonne fin cette initiative importante de diplomatie préventive.
