2. Une autorité compétente qui reçoit une demande d'autorisation visée au paragraphe 1 la notifie aux autorités compétentes des autres États membres, du Conseil et de la Commission, telles qu'énumérées à l'annexe, en indiquant les motifs pour lesquels elle compte soit rejeter la demande, soit accorder une autorisation spécifique et en les informant des conditions qu'elle juge nécessaires pour prévenir le financement d'actes de terrorisme.
2. A competent authority which receives a request for an authorisation referred to in paragraph 1 shall notify the competent authorities of the other Member States, the Council and the Commission, as listed in the Annex, of the grounds on which it intends to either reject the request or grant a specific authorisation, informing them of the conditions that it considers necessary in order to prevent the financing of acts of terrorism.
