E. considérant qu'il est manifeste que l'infraction présumée n'a aucun lien avec la qualité de député au Parlement européen dont peut aujourd'hui se prévaloir Sotirios Zarianopoulos dans la mesure où cette infraction présumée s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une action du syndicat grec PAME et que Sotirios Zarianopoulos n'était pas député au Parlement européen au moment des faits;
E. whereas the alleged crime clearly has no connection with the position of Sotirios Zarianopoulos as a Member of the European Parliament, given that it relates to action carried out by the Greek trade union PAME and that Sotirios Zarianopoulos was not a Member of the European Parliament at the time the offence was committed;
