La Commission prend très au sérieux le rapport Marty, ratifié par l'assemblée parlementaire du Conseil de l'Europe en janvier dernier, sur les crimes, et notamment les trafics d'organes humains, prétendument perpétrés pendant et après le conflit au Kosovo.
The Commission takes very seriously the report endorsed by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in January (Marty report) concerning crimes, including human organ harvesting, allegedly committed in the period during and after the conflict in Kosovo.
