Une action en représentation en dommages et intérêts est une action en justice intentée par une entité représentative (laquelle, dans certains systèmes, peut également être une autorité publique) au nom d’un groupe défini de personnes physiques ou de personnes morales qui prétendent avoir subi un préjudice du fait de la même infraction alléguée.
