It therefore instructed its preparatory bodies to continue work on those problems and on certain institutional aspects arising from the Convention, viz.: role of the European Parliament, auditing by the Court of Auditors and legal means of redress - including the role and jurisdiction of the Court of Justice - with a view to seeking solutions under the French Presidency.
