La présente recommandation apporte des précisions sur certains aspects du traitement des données à caractère personnel par le réseau SOLVIT, en conformité avec le règlement IMI.
This Recommendation further specifies certain aspects of the processing of personal data in SOLVIT, in accordance with the IMI Regulation.

La présente recommandation n’a pas pour objectif de préciser la façon dont la Commission traite les plaintes qui lui sont directement adressées et ne porte en aucun cas préjudice à son rôle de gardienne des traités.

En conclusion, il importe de préciser que si cet accord présente, à l'évidence, des carences majeures, cela n'implique pas que l'Union européenne ne puisse pas avoir à l'avenir un accord de partenariat dans le secteur de la pêche avec le Maroc qui soit dans l'intérêt mutuel des deux parties. Tout au long de l'élaboration de la présente recommandation, la coopération avec les autorités marocaines a été extrêmement satisfaisante.
In conclusion, it is very important to state that even though this Agreement clearly has some major faults, it in no way implies that the EU could not have a mutually beneficial FPA with Morocco in the future. Cooperation with Moroccan authorities has, throughout the process of preparing this recommendation, been highly satisfactory.

This amendment makes clearer that normative documents from intergovernmental bodies such as OIML recommendations should be discussed and agreed by the Advisory Committee, published in the official Journal provided that this committee is representative of all parties concerned.
