(9) Les conditions d'entrée énoncées à l'article 5, paragraphe 1, du règlement (CE) n° ./2006 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 15 mars 2006 établissant le code communautaire relatif au régime de franchissement des frontières par les personnes (code des frontières Schengen) doivent être remplies, à l'exception de celle visée à l'article 5, paragraphe 1, point b), dans la mesure où la présente décision crée un régime d'équivalence entre le visa de transit et les titres de séjour que délivrent la Suisse et le Liechtenstein.
(9) The entry conditions laid down in Article 5(1) of Regulation (EC) No ./2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2006 establishing a Community Code on the rules governing the movement of persons across borders (Schengen Borders Code) have to be fulfilled, with the exception of 5(1)b, insofar as this Decision sets up an equivalence regime between transit visa and residence permits issued by Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
