Définition: Episode dépressif, éventuellement prolongé, survenant au décours d'une maladie schizophrénique. Certains symptômes schizophréniques positifs ou négatifs doivent encore être présents, mais ne dominent plus le tableau clinique. Ce type d'état dépressif s'accompagne d'un risque accru de suicide. Si le patient ne présente plus aucun symptôme schizophrénique, on doit faire un diagnostic d'épisode dépressif (F32.-). Si les symptômes schizophréniques restent florides et au premier plan de la symptomatologie, on doit garder le diagnostic de la forme clinique appropriée de schizophrénie (F20.0-F20.3).
Definition: A depressive episode, which may be prolonged, arising in the aftermath of a schizophrenic illness. Some schizophrenic symptoms, either positive or negative , must still be present but they no longer dominate the clinical picture. These depressive states are associated with an increased risk of suicide. If the patient no longer has any schizophrenic symptoms, a depressive episode should be diagnosed (F32.-). If schizophrenic symptoms are still florid and prominent, the diagnosis should remain that of the appropriate schizophrenic subtype (F20.0-F20.3).

There is often a marked feeling of mental fatigue when mental tasks are attempted, and new learning is found to be subjectively difficult even when objectively successful. None of these symptoms is so severe that a diagnosis of either dementia (F00-F03) or delirium (F05.-) can be made. This diagnosis should be made only in association with a specified physical disorder, and should not be made in the presence of any of the mental or behavioural disorders classified to F10-F99. The disorder may precede, accompany, or follow a wide variety of infections and physical disorders, both cerebral and systemic, but direct evidence of cerebral involvement is not necessarily present. It can be differentiated from postencephalitic syndrome (F07.1) and postconcussional syndrome (F07.2) by its different etiology, more restricted range of generally milder symptoms, and usually shorter duration.

In order to avoid unnecessary administrative burden, the ex ante verification of compliance with the designation criteria indicated in this Regulation should be limited to the managing and certifying authority, and, in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Regulation, no additional audit work should be required when the system is essentially the same as in the 2007-2013 period.

3 (1) À l’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement, aucune société mentionnée à l’annexe III ou IV de la Loi et exempte de l’impôt foncier ou de la taxe d’occupation commerciale, ne doit prendre aucune disposition spéciale avec une autorité locale, une province ou une autre autorité en vue de verser en remplacement de tels impôts ou taxes un montant qui serait moindre que le montant qu’elle payerait en vertu du présent règlement.
3 (1) On the coming into force of these Regulations, no corporation included in Schedule III or IV to the Act that is exempt from real property tax or a business occupancy tax shall enter into a special arrangement with a local government, province or other authority to pay an amount in lieu of such a tax that would be less than the amount that it would pay in accordance with these Regulations.

15. Lorsqu’un contributeur décède sans laisser de veuve à laquelle puisse être payée une allocation prévue dans le présent règlement, ou lorsque la veuve à laquelle une telle allocation peut être versée meurt ou cesse d’être admissible à cette allocation et qu’en vertu dudit règlement aucun autre montant ne puisse lui être versé, tout montant par lequel le montant d’un remboursement de contributions excède l’ensemble de tous les montants versés à la veuve et au contributeur en vertu du règlement en question sera versé à la succession du contributeur ou, si ce montant est inférieur à 500 $, selon la décision du Conseil du Trésor.
15. Where, upon the death of a contributor, there is no widow to whom an allowance provided in these Regulations may be paid, or where the widow to whom such allowance may be paid dies or ceases to be entitled thereto and no other amount may be paid to her under these Regulations, any amount by which the amount of a return of contributions exceeds the aggregate of all amounts paid to the widow and to the contributor under these Regulations shall be paid to the contributor’s estate, or, if less than $500, as authorized by the Treasury Board.
