The European Parliament and the Council agreed on the transposition into the Union Law of several Recommendations made by the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (“the GFCM Agreement”) which provides an appropriate framework for multilateral cooperation to promote the development, conservation, rational management and best utilisation of living marine resources in the Mediterranean and the Black Sea at levels which are considered sustainable and at low risk of collapse.

A group financial support agreement shall be valid in respect of a group entity only if its shareholders have authorised the management body of that group entity to make a decision that the group entity shall provide or receive financial support in accordance with the terms of the agreement and in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Chapter and that shareholder authorisation has not been revoked .

Information transmitted by one Party to the other Party under this Agreement shall be accurate to the best knowledge and belief of the transmitting Party, but the transmitting Party does not warrant the suitability of the information transmitted for any particular use or application by the receiving Party or by any third party.

(2) The GFCM Agreement provides an appropriate framework for multilateral cooperation to promote the development, conservation, rational management and best utilisation of stocks of living aquatic resources in the Mediterranean and the Black Sea at levels which are considered sustainable and at low risk of collapse.

5. À condition d'obtenir l'accord écrit préalable de la partie qui fournit des informations à ne pas divulguer relevant du présent accord, la partie destinataire peut diffuser ces informations plus largement que ne le lui permet le paragraphe 3 ci-dessus.
5. With the prior written consent of the Party providing undisclosed information under the Agreement, the receiving Party may disseminate such undisclosed information more widely than otherwise permitted in Paragraph 3 above.

a ) Pour assurer la mise en oeuvre effective des garanties prévues dans le présent accord , la Communauté fournit à l'Agence , conformément aux dispositions du présent accord des renseignements concernant les matières nucléaires soumises auxdites garanties et les caractéristiques des installations qui ont une importance du point de vue de l'application des garanties à ces matières .
(a) In order to ensure the effective implementation of safeguards under this Agreement, the Community shall, in accordance with the provisions set out in this Agreement, provide the Agency with information concerning nuclear material subject to such safeguards and the features of facilities relevant to safeguarding such material.
