PRÉCISANT que le présent accord contient dès lors des dispositions fondées sur les principales dispositions de la décision 2008/615/JAI et de la décision 2008/616/JAI, y compris son annexe, et destinées à améliorer l'échange d'informations, qui permettent aux États membres de l'Union européenne et à l'Islande et la Norvège de s'accorder mutuellement des droits d'accès à leurs fichiers automatisés d'analyses ADN, à leurs systèmes automatisés d'identification dactyloscopique et à leurs registres d'immatriculation des véhicules.
POINTING OUT that this Agreement therefore contains provisions which are based on the main provisions of Decision 2008/615/JHA and Decision 2008/616/JHA, and the Annex thereto, and are designed to improve the exchange of information whereby Member States of the European Union and Iceland and Norway grant one another access rights to their automated DNA analysis files, automated dactyloscopic identification systems and vehicle registration data.

This agreement also contains provisions on rules of origin, non-tariff measures, trade defence measures, dispute avoidance and settlement, as well as fisheries, development and administrative and institutional provisions.

6. Tout contrat passé à l'initiative d'une agence de mise en œuvre ou d'un chef de projet aux fins de l'exécution d'une tâche qui lui incombe en vertu du présent accord contient des dispositions autorisant les parties à s'acquitter de leurs obligations au titre du présent accord.
6. Any contract placed on the initiative of an implementing agency or a project leader for the execution of a task assigned to them under this Agreement shall contain provisions to allow the Parties to meet their obligations under this Agreement.

This Decision therefore contains provisions which are based on the main provisions of the Prüm Treaty and are designed to improve the exchange of information, whereby Member States grant one another access rights to their automated DNA analysis files, automated dactyloscopic identification systems and vehicle registration data.
