Si la présence d'interprètes pour la totalité de l'audience ou pour certains besoins est considérée comme indispensable par une partie pour des raisons particulières (p. ex. si la comparution personnelle d'une partie qui ne peut pas s'exprimer en langue de procédure a été ordonnée par le Tribunal), une demande motivée en ce sens doit être adressée au Tribunal dès réception de la convocation à l'audience, pour que la présence d'interprètes puisse être organisée.
If, for specific reasons (for example, if the Tribunal has summoned, to give evidence, a person who cannot express himself in the language of the case), one of the parties considers it essential that interpreters be present, for the whole hearing or for specific purposes, a reasoned request to that effect must be sent to the Tribunal as soon as the notice to attend the hearing is received, so that arrangements can be made for interpreters to be present.
