Une décision du Conseil des ministres ACP-CE est parallèlement en préparation afin de prélever 741 millions d'euros sur la réserve de l'enveloppe du 9e FED consacrée au développement à long terme et 163 millions d'euros sur la Facilité d'investissement du 9e FED pour les transférer à l'allocation consacrée à la coopération intra-ACP, qui sera utilisée pour la création d'une Facilité ACP-UE pour l'eau.
A proposal has been prepared in parallel for a decision by the ACP-EC Council of Ministers on the transfer of EUR741 million from the reserve of the 9th EDF long-term development envelope and EUR163 million from the 9th EDF Investment Facility, to the allocation for intra-ACP co-operation, to be used for the establishment of an ACP-EU Water Facility.
