The party referred to a recent Court Judgement (8) concerning imports of ammonium nitrate and concluded that the rationale of that judgment also applies to the current proceeding and that biodiesel that is not part of blends in very high content cannot be subject to the investigation and to measures as it is not the like product for which dumping and injury findings were drawn, namely products that contain only biodiesel (B100) or 99 % of biodiesel (B99).
